– Proof of purchase (order ID) is required

– Items damaged due to misuse
– Products without original packaging
3. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
– Contact us within **48 hours of delivery**
– Share product images/video proof on WhatsApp or Email
4. Refund Process
– Once return is approved, refund will be processed within **5–7 working days**
